who I work with:

I help high-achieving professionals with late-diagnosed ADHD, AuDHD, and anxiety to understand how their brain actually works so they can stop white-knuckling through their days and build a professional and personal life that genuinely fits who they are. You have built a career you are proud of. From the outside, things look successful, and in many ways they are. But behind that success is a level of effort that most people around you would not believe. You have been working twice as hard as your colleagues for the same output for as long as you can remember. You are relying on elaborate systems, sheer willpower, and the quiet terror of dropping the ball to keep everything moving. It is exhausting!

Maybe you have recently received a late-in-life diagnosis of ADHD, autism, or AuDHD, and suddenly your entire history is being reframed. The jobs that felt harder than they should have, the projects that derailed despite your best intentions. Or even the challenges you’ve had with colleagues. A diagnosis can bring enormous relief and clarity, and also a complicated grief for the years spent not knowing, and the energy lost to strategies and ways of communicating that were never really built for your brain.

Or maybe you are not yet diagnosed but are noticing that something is off.

Focus, follow-through, and organization that used to feel manageable are becoming harder to sustain. You are as passionate about your work and relationships as ever, but you are starting to wonder how much longer you can keep running this hard without understanding what is actually going on beneath the surface. You have spent years believing the problem was effort, discipline, or character. It was not. And you deserve support from a therapist who genuinely understands that.

how therapy WITH ME can help you:

You have spent years developing workarounds, pushing through, and figuring it out on your own. Therapy with me is a chance to finally understand what has actually been going on, and to build something that works with your brain rather than against it. Together we will slow down enough to look beneath the surface of your daily experience. That means exploring your history, understanding how past experiences are showing up in your professional and personal life, and developing real strategies for managing ADHD and autistic symptoms and the emotional weight that so often comes with them. We will also make sense of the grief, relief, and identity shifts that accompany a late diagnosis.

If opening up and being vulnerable feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable, we will work on that too, at your pace. You will leave our work together with a clearer and more compassionate understanding of how your brain works, practical tools you can actually use in your career and relationships, and a sense that the effort you have been putting in finally makes sense.

Marie works with adults in person at our Englewood, Colorado office and virtually throughout the state of Colorado.

about me:

Before becoming a therapist I worked in the business and corporate world, and I hold an additional Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. That background is not incidental to my work, it is central to it. I understand from the inside how professional environments operate, what they demand, and how relentlessly high the bar can feel for someone who is working harder than anyone around them realizes. When my clients describe the exhaustion of performing at a high level while quietly struggling beneath the surface, I do not just empathize with that experience. I genuinely understand it.

I have deep admiration for people who are willing to look honestly at themselves and do the work of growing. That path is rarely easy, and it is almost always better with someone alongside you who understands both where you have been and where you are trying to go.

I am originally from New York, where I once had the memorable experience of ringing the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange. These days I am proud to call Colorado home and spend as much time as possible enjoying everything this state has to offer outdoors.
