who I work with:
I help adults with ADHD, anxiety, or trauma to slow down from the chaos of your life so you can catch your breath and finally focus on your own needs.
If you’re feeling like you just can’t catch a break, constantly overwhelmed and on edge, making it through each day is like running an endless marathon that you didn’t train for. Dealing with all of this inside of you causes you to feel alone, believing that no one understands how you’re feeling. If you are late-diagnosed with ADHD, or even AuDHD (combination of autistic neurotype and ADHD), the large amounts of energy you put into masking your symptoms everyday may cause you to feel stressed out, scattered, and unable to focus on the meaningful things in your life. Past events or trauma, combined with the constant pressures of present-day life, can have a significant impact on your mental well being.
Many of my clients have late in life ADHD or AuDHD diagnoses, and are looking back on their lives through a new lens post-diagnosis while trying to adjust to their new identity. Associated symptoms such as anxiety, depression or even grief can also be prevalent, causing you to feel run down, swamped with everyday details, and unable to function the way you want to. What you want from therapy is compassion, understanding, and solid solutions for navigating the daily struggle - I can help!
how therapy can help you:
Your story and how you got here, to this place in your life, is worth telling and exploring. I can help you learn more about yourself, obtain strategies for managing challenging ADHD symptoms and executive functioning demands, and understand what events and experiences of your past affect your current life. Illuminating your true self and shining a light on the different and amazing parts of who you are, is how I like to approach our work together.
If you normally have trouble opening up to others and being vulnerable, we will work on this together so your relationships, career, and self-esteem can flourish. We’ll come up with a plan on how to manage ADHD or anxiety symptoms at work that focuses on your many strengths. And most important, you’ll feel safe in our sessions and cared for.

about me:
I have great admiration for those on a path of self-growth. It is a rewarding road, often easier to traverse with a companion. I’ve worked in the business and corporate world prior to becoming a therapist, and my other Master's Degree is in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology. I know how the pressures of your job and career can impact your personal life. Because of my experiences, my passion lies in getting to know you, who you are in this moment, who you want to be, and working together to help translate your goals into your reality.
Fun Fact: I’m originally from New York, where I once rang the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange! I’m so happy to be living in beautiful Colorado and enjoying all the outside activities that this state has to offer!
