who I work with:
I help adults who are new to therapy or are feeling stressed and overwhelmed so you can restore calm, develop healthy skills to manage anxiety, trauma or grief, and focus on the things that truly matter and find some peace.
Maybe you are finding yourself overwhelmed by juggling multiple responsibilities or past events are impacting your present.. You feel like you are losing yourself in order to take care of everybody else around you, and are no longer doing the things you always enjoyed doing. Or maybe you are at a time in your life where things are constantly changing and you just can’t keep up. Your exhaustion stems from difficulty sleeping, trying to do everything, and not getting the results you desperately need.
Sometimes, your worries and stress get the best of you, and you know you cannot go on feeling like this. Perhaps the weight of your grief or past trauma is becoming too much to carry on your own, and you need a safe space to talk through the pain and begin to heal. If you are new to therapy and aren’t sure what to expect, with me you’ll find a kind, non-judgmental therapist - I can help.

about me:
I am a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health program at University of Northern Colorado. I have worked in the mental health field for 14 years working with eating disorders, community mental health programs, psychiatric hospitals, and geriatric populations. I have a passion for working with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and who want to find joy in the world again.
Growing up in California, I love the outdoors and being in nature in any way possible. I'm someone who finds joy in life’s simple pleasures—whether it's getting lost in a good movie, spending a quiet afternoon crafting something handmade, or unwinding under the stars on a camping trip. I believe in the power of creativity, connection, and spending time outside in nature helps me feel grounded and reduces my stress and anxiety, so I incorporate this concept into my sessions. In and out of the office, I’m all about finding meaning in the everyday moments.
