who I work with:

I help chronically busy adults, healthcare workers, and caregivers manage anxiety, emotional exhaustion, burnout, and perfectionism so you can boost your self-worth, focus on self-care, and restore joy to your life and relationships.

Maybe you find yourself in a cycle of putting everyone else’s needs before your own, saying “yes” to everyone except yourself. Whether you’re navigating a high-stress career, caring for a loved one or someone with a chronic illness, the pressure to meet everyone's expectations seems endless. You carry the emotional weight of others and spend so much time and energy focused on their well-being that your own desires and needs go unheard. On the outside, you may seem capable and composed, but inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, and drained.

The weight of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and difficulty setting boundaries, can leave you feeling even more disconnected from yourself and others. While you’re trying to manage the stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness, it’s difficult to feel grounded and present. You’re longing to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what feels meaningful and life-giving. You don't have to carry this weight by yourself. If you are seeking deeper, lasting healing, I am here to help.

how therapy with me can help you:

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform, have it all figured out, or carry everything alone. Together, we enter a calm, nurturing, and collaborative environment that helps you feel safe to explore the emotions and experiences weighing on you. Therapy with me can help you free yourself from patterns that leave you feeling depleted and disconnected.

We will work to find underlying beliefs and fears that prevent you from setting boundaries and discover a self-worth that allows you to live more authentically.  With this insight, you’ll cultivate resilience, begin to make healthy choices without guilt, build self-care practices that are realistic, and rediscover a sense of joy.

about me:

As a recovering perfectionist with personal experience in caregiver fatigue and burnout, my approach is warm and individualized, integrating psychodynamic and depth, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic-informed techniques, with optional spiritual integration. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and integrate cultural and spiritual humility into my personal and professional life. My goal is to create a brave space where you are supported, seen, and heard.

I completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health at Regis University, am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, have special training in working with dreams and nightmares, and plan to broaden my skills with IFS training. Outside of therapy, I find joy and peace connecting with the natural world. I also love music and movement as healing and energetic practices. I enjoy traveling, college football, live music, hiking, fly fishing, researching the metaphysical, and spending time with friends, my fiance John and our cat Charlie.
