who I work with:

I help parents and adults who feel overwhelmed by juggling too much, unsteady after a big change, or weighed down by stress and anxiety to feel calm and like yourself again.

If you're a parent trying to manage kids, work, and a relationship, you might feel like you're always running on empty. You're the one everyone counts on, even when you have nothing left to give. You might notice yourself snapping more, pulling away, or just going through the motions. Underneath it all, you feel far away from yourself.

Maybe something big has changed lately. A new job, a move, or a change in a relationship. You might feel off balance, like you don't quite know who you are right now or where you're headed. Things might look fine from the outside, but inside you feel anxious, alone, and unsure what you need.

Or perhaps your stress and anxiety have been building for a while now. Your mind feels busy all the time or you feel tense without knowing why. You try to push through it and handle it on your own, telling yourself you should be able to manage.

You've probably tried a lot already. Social media tips, self help books, or just pushing forward. But none of it has brought the relief you're looking for. You're ready for something different, something that helps you feel steady and like yourself again. I'm here to help.

how therapy with me can help you:

You don't have to go through this alone. Therapy with me is a partnership. I want to understand what matters most to you and support the goals you have for your life. Together, we'll slow things down and get a clear picture of what's going on. We'll look at where these struggles started and navigate the thoughts and feelings that keep you stuck in patterns that aren't working anymore. We can build tools to help you set boundaries, manage stress, and let go of habits that are holding you back.

Paying attention to how your body feels, not just your thoughts, can help us understand what you're going through and why. If faith or spirituality matter to you, we can bring that into our work as well. Let's figure out what feels true to you and take real steps toward a life that feels good to you. One where you feel more present with your kids, calmer in your body, and more like yourself again.

Ashley works with adults in-person at our Englewood, Colorado office and virtually throughout the state of Colorado.

about me:

I am a mom, wife, sister, and friend. These parts of my story shape how I understand the world and build connections with others. I am also a graduate student at Metropolitan State University completing my Master’s in Social Work. I joke that I’m in my third act. Before pursuing a career as a therapist, I spent a decade as a development professional in the non-profit world. Once my oldest child was born, I took a hiatus to be a stay-at-home parent. These roles have developed my belief that people are doing the best they can with the tools they have been given. It taught me that healing and change are always possible.

I have experience with individual and group therapy, using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, and parts work. I believe in looking at the whole person, who you are in all aspects of your life, not just your “issue”. I’m drawn to exploring family patterns and early experiences that shaped how you relate today. I use mindfulness tools to holistically connect with our mind, body, and spirit.

When I’m not with clients, I am driving kids around to sports and school activities. I love to adventure outside, hiking, running, mountain biking, and camping as a family. You can also find me cheering on Denver sports teams and popping into a local coffee shop with a good book when I have a spare moment.
