who I work with:

I help high-achieving, over-thinking adults and parents to work through anxiety, ADHD, and isolation by reconnecting with your emotional needs so you can approach your days with clarity, presence and self-compassion.

You might be feeling like you're barely holding it together. Maybe losing sleep, struggling to meet expectations or sensing a loss of control. If you are autistic, have ADHD, or identify as neurodivergent, or have children with these neurotypes, your daily worry and overstimulation is very real.

Perhaps you feel misunderstood or disconnected from the people around you. Or maybe you're feeling unfulfilled, battling a fear of failure, procrastinating more than usual, and finding it hard to stay focused at work. If you're a parent, you may be caught in a constant loop of self-doubt, wondering whether you're doing too much or not enough, and worrying about your child(ren)'s future. Whatever you're facing, you're not alone. I'm here to support you.

If any of this resonates, others have walked this path too and you don’t have to keep carrying it all by yourself. I offer a compassionate space where we can uncover what’s happening beneath the surface and work together to help you reconnect with your true self. When you're ready, reach out. I'm here to support you.

how therapy with me can help you:

Therapy with me is a collaborative journey rooted in warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. I offer a compassionate space where we can gently untangle the layers beneath the overwhelm, whether that’s entrenched patterns, internalized beliefs, or unmet emotional needs. You can begin to understand yourself and your child(ren) in more affirming ways and I can help you manage your high expectations of yourself.

We’ll explore how early relationships and past experiences may be shaping how you respond to stress, connect with others, and show up in your roles as a parent, partner, worker or simply as yourself. Remember, this work goes beyond coping. It’s about healing. If you are autistic, have ADHD, or identify in other ways as neurodivergent, we’ll examine the stories you’ve carried and the systems that have influenced your sense of identity. In doing so, we’ll create space to reconnect with the core of who you are so you can move through life with greater presence, self-compassion, and authenticity.

about me:

After over a decade working with adults, children, and families, I have found my focus as a psychodynamically informed, trauma-focused, and relationally grounded therapist. My work is rooted in attachment theory, guided by the belief that healing happens in the context of attuned and authentic relationships including the therapeutic relationship. I also incorporate practical strategies from CBT, DBT, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy to help manage anxiety, emotional intensity, executive functioning challenges, or moments when life just feels like too much. I have worked with adults, parents, children, and families in settings including schools, outpatient practices, and community settings.

As a parent of a neurodivergent 2e (twice exceptional) child, I understand how complex life can be. When I am not actively parenting or working, you can find me watching reality television, reading fantasy romance novels, listening to podcasts while walking, or advocating for neurodivergent well being at a local elementary school.
