who I work with:
I support neurodivergent students, young adults, and those in the LGBTQ+ community who are feeling stuck, burned out, or having relationship difficulties to find your identity so you can connect with yourself and others in a fulfilling way.

You may be seeking a space to feel seen and understood or finding your identity as a LGBTQ+ person. I am affirming of ADHD-ers, Autistic individuals, and other neurodivergent individuals who are navigating a neurotypical world that often doesn't make accommodations for their needs and experiences. Maybe you’re stuck in your job or at a crossroads in life, and you’re not sure which way to go. Sometimes you may feel alone, not connected to others or even to who you are.
If you’re also experiencing work stress, anxiety, depression, or even grief, you may be feeling tense, unsure, and isolated. I can support you in your unique process of healing and getting unstuck.
how therapy can help you:
I deeply believe in the power of our relationship and connection as a facilitator for healing stress, anxiety, depression, and other emotional pain. There are so many challenging experiences that come with being human that make life hard. I offer a warm and welcoming space for you to pursue your own unique healing journey—at a pace that feels aligned and authentic to who you are. I can help you move forward in your life!
about me:

Originally from Wisconsin, I’ve lived all over the country in places like Nashville, Portland, and Austin—always taking my beagle, Olive, along with me. I received my undergraduate degree from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, and prior to pursuing my degree in counseling, worked in marketing and literary publishing. In my free time, you’ll find me reading, listening to podcasts, and rewatching episodes of The West Wing.
