who I work with:

I help adults with depression, anxiety, and grief find new ways of thinking, feeling, and acting so you can experience greater joy and authenticity in your everyday life.

You are feeling disconnected from the life you want to live and are ready to try something new. You may be going through a challenging life transition, have experienced a loss, or are ready to release something that is no longer serving you. You are seeking a safe space to talk with someone who will listen and not judge you.  You may be struggling with getting up everyday or feeling joy, and are prepared to change how you feel. I can help you take steps towards improving your mental wellness so you can feel better!

how therapy can help you:

You are feeling ready to work hard and invest in yourself, and I am here to support you. I strongly believe that you are resilient and capable of lasting change, even when it feels impossible. Through our work together, you will connect with your true self and find greater alignment with things that matter most to you. Whether you’re navigating challenging emotions, stress, anxiety, or are grieving the loss of a loved one, you can heal, grow, and change.

One of my favorite mantras is that pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. In life, you will undoubtedly face painful experiences, however the extent to which you suffer from the pain lies in your hands. You can equip yourself with the tools to manage and reduce your self-induced suffering so that you can open yourself to more joy, ease, and freedom in life.
