About the event
Start your week off right by practicing mindfulness, engaging in breathwork, trying simple stretches, visualizations, and other in-the-moment exercises so you can feel calm, cool and collected for whatever life and work throws at you. The first 20 minutes will be a mindfulness practice, led by holistic therapist Kristen Dammer, with 10 minutes left over for silence, meditation, or verbal processing. Join us weekly to help manage stress, burnout, anxiety, vicarious trauma, and work challenges!
